RETURN/REFUND TERMS

Initiating Returns:

Returns can be initiated for individual items in your order. However, any returned product must include all components and any complimentary gifts or items that were originally included.

Return Conditions:

Returns must be made in the original packaging with the company seal. We do not accept complaints or return requests beyond 3 days from the date of delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us as soon as possible via email at care@deepakelectronics.com or through our return request portal.

Refund Process:

Refunds will be processed within 3-5 working days from the date of your request. Please allow up to 7 working days for the refund to reflect in your account.
For express products, images are for reference only. We reserve the right to substitute with a product of equal or higher value if the desired product is unavailable. No claims for refunds or re-deliveries will be accepted in this case.

Refund Exclusions:

Refunds are not available for purchases made using Bajaj Finserve EMI or Deepak Electronics Paylater.
Refunds will not be processed for items that are damaged, defective, or have broken seals, or if the wrong product was received.

Additional Notes:

Ensure all returned products are in their original, undamaged packaging with the company seal for a valid refund.
Verify the model and specifications, especially for GPU/graphics cards, before purchasing. Requests for cancellations may not be accepted if specific features are missing from the model.
