Shipping and Delivery Policies

Delivery Process: Once your order is processed by our system, each product undergoes a thorough inspection to ensure it is in perfect condition. After processing, you will receive email and SMS updates regarding the status of your order. Following the final quality check, your items are carefully packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner. Our delivery partners will then deliver your package as quickly as possible. If they encounter any issues reaching your address or finding a suitable delivery time, they will contact you to resolve the situation.

Item Packaging: We take pride in our packaging to ensure your products arrive in excellent condition. Each product is individually wrapped in bubble wrap, with additional padding for fragile items. Our packages are securely boxed and covered with a plastic layer. We have consistently received minimal complaints regarding damaged products due to our high standards of packaging.

Delivery Locations: We ship throughout India, including all locations served by our reputable courier partners.

Track Your Order: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number and the details of the courier company handling your delivery. You can track your package 24 hours after dispatch.

Delivery Time: Most orders are dispatched within the estimated shipping time mentioned for each item (in business days, excluding public holidays and Sundays). The shipping time varies based on the item and delivery location. For remote areas not covered by our primary courier partners, we will use speed/registered post through Indian Postal Services, which may take 1-2 weeks. We will notify you via email with order details once your order is placed. Please be aware that dispatch may be delayed during festivals, holidays, or special promotions.

Shipping Charges:

• Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on all orders for a limited period. This offer may be withdrawn without prior notice.
• Standard Shipping Charges: For most addresses, we apply standard shipping fees.
• Kolkata Free Shipping Zone: Free shipping for orders over Rs. 5,000 (excluding Gaming Consoles). For Kolkata city limits (within 20 km), free shipping is available. For more details, please contact our helpline at +91 9703098307.

Note:

1. Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available.
2. Deepak Electronics is not liable for delays caused by courier companies or postal authorities. We guarantee to hand over your consignment to the courier or postal service within 15 working days from the order and payment date or as agreed at the time of order confirmation.
3. We do not ship outside India at the moment. We are working to offer international delivery in the future, so stay tuned for updates!
